President

Mr. Wilson has worked in commercial real estate since 1987 when he took the position of Chief Operating Officer of a real estate syndication firm.  In late 1988, he started Wilson Property Services, Inc.  He is actively involved in property management as well as the acquisition and development of commercial real estate.

Mr. Wilson worked for General Electric and Applied Materials from 1977 through 1986 in various engineering, marketing and manufacturing capacities. He earned degrees in biology and mechanical engineering and is a licensed real estate broker in Arizona.

Eric M. Rinestone

Vice President, Acquisitions


Mr. Rinestone has been involved in hard money lending, mortgage brokering, real estate leasing and finance, and his marketing and real estate experience covers many diverse areas.  He acquired knowledge of real estate and finance to develop skills that are used to underwrite hard money loans and value real estate.  As Vice President of WPS since 1990, Eric has been involved in marketing and leasing over 2 million square feet of real estate and is involved in acquisitions and development.

Mr. Rinestone received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of San Diego.  he holds an Arizona Real Estate Sales License and an Arizona Mortgage Broker License.

Lawrence Moyse
Controller

Mr. Moyse has been with Wilson Property Services since 2013. He joined the company as the Assistant Controller, previously working as a Financial Analyst for Mayo Clinic. As Controller, he manages the accounting staff and is actively involved with Yardi, budgeting, audit, banking, financial statements, reporting, analysis and internal controls.

Mr. Moyse received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Finance from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona.
